Product description Plus sign

Toe separators are a key tool in restoring the natural space between the toes, aligning each toe with its corresponding metatarsal bone. They are especially useful as a support in the transition to barefoot footwear, in preventing deformities such as bunions and claw toes, and in the overall improvement of foot function, strength, and movement.

Benefits of its use Plus sign

Improves Toe Alignment

Toe separators help correct the alignment of the toes, which can prevent and relieve deformities such as bunions and hammer toes.

Reduces Muscle Tension

By separating the toes, these devices relieve tension in the foot muscles and ligaments, improving comfort and reducing pain.

Promotes Blood Circulation

Using toe separators increases blood flow in the feet, which can help reduce swelling and promote overall foot health.

Improves Balance and Stability

By properly aligning the toes, balance and stability are improved, which is especially beneficial during physical activities and exercises.

Prevents Calluses and Blisters

Toe separators prevent the toes from rubbing against each other, reducing the formation of calluses and blisters.

Increases Toe Flexibility

Regular use of toe separators can improve the flexibility and mobility of the toes, facilitating a more natural and comfortable stride.

Relieves Bunion Pain

They help space the toes evenly, reducing pressure on the bunion and relieving associated pain.

Supports Injury Recovery

They are useful in injury rehabilitation, as they help keep the toes in an optimal position for healing.

These benefits make toe separators a valuable tool for improving the health and comfort of your feet.

Usage tips Plus sign

Toe separators are very simple devices that have 5 dividing septa designed to be placed between the five toes, although they are fully customizable.

Toe separators, like any element related to the barefoot world, require a transition period. It is normal to feel discomfort in the toes the first few times you use them. The muscles, tendons, ligaments, fibers are working in a very different position than before. Start using them for a short time (5/10 mins) and gradually increase the time as you feel it is no longer uncomfortable to have them on (we do not recommend continuous use for more than 1 hour and always during physical activity).

If you have enough space between the big toe and the ring toe, the separator might be bringing your toes together instead of separating them. In this case, we recommend cutting this first strap. Similarly, if you feel the elastic band presses your little toe too much, you can cut it.

Use them in your training, walks, runs, or dynamic activities, but never with a shoe with a narrow toe box.

They can be washed with warm/hot water and everyday cleaning products. We recommend air drying and once dry, dusting them with talcum powder to help with putting them on.

If you suffer from any pathology, discomfort, or special condition in your feet, consult an updated professional before using these tools.
